My Work

Over the course of my career, I have found that data analysis, financial discipline, and employee happiness are at the heart of a successful organization.

In order to manage a successful project, I am vigilant with using metrics and data analysis in my decision making. Every goal or milestone should be quantifiable, because metrics are essential to knowing whether the initiative is staying on course. This ensures that decisions are made based on facts and not emotions.

When it comes to running a healthy organization, I am keenly aware of gross profit margins and finding opportunities for greater efficiency. Financial discipline is essential to keeping expenses lean and focusing on the company's number one goal: profitability.

Lastly, in order to lead a cohesive team, I believe that showing compassion is the best way to mobilize employees and encourage them to produce their highest quality of work. When leadership understands that their employees are people, with competing priorities both in and out of work, then we can create the supportive space the team needs to perform at their highest potential.

With these core values as my compass, I have successfully led a company to 3X revenue growth, increased profit margins by 18%, and increased employee happiness by 14%.
